I booked my phone in 2 weeks ago. MTN said it would take 2 weeks for the warranty repair (Blackberry), and that you do not swap it.
Two weeks, no call. I called the repair center because Morningside is way too cool to answer THEIR landline, why must they? Only customers call, so... anyway, repair center said it was repaired and sent back to Morningside Wednesday, 23 Jan already. Hmm, ok... no-one bothered to call me, but off I go back to morningside. Only, Morninside cannot FIND my phone, they blatently to my face and says it is still at the repair centre! An hour of scurrying around obviously trying to find it, no luck. Suddenly Mr. Manager swoops in and tries to convince me that it was sent BACK to the repair centre, but cannot tell me why. Only that is "very very rarely does happen". They promise to "FIND" my phone by Wednesday next week? What kind of shop do you run there, MTN? I hope the phone I get back is MINE with my imei and my bbm pin, and it better be soon. Be warned potential new customers!
