Will not replace new phone that is damaged

I was due for an upgrade, I received my new blackberry 2 weeks ago, I went to my branch at perk meadows and told them my new phone freezes on a daily basis. they said it was too late to change the phone! please keep in mind this was over the easter period as well. they said I should go to head office and request a change. I saw the manager Bernard Smit, who said they would repair/upgrade the software. This is unacceptable to me!! I got a new phone and expect it to work!!! I do not want a repaired phone from the start of a contract! I want a new phone that works!!! My request is that Nashua mobile either give me a New Phone or else cancel my contract!!! I have been a supporting customer for 6 years and expect the correct support from Nashua Mobile.
