Shocking service / double billing

I have been charged for services and call which i do not use and did not make for 2 months, this issue amounts to almost R 1, 000.00 per month for the past 2 months

I have made neumerous telephone call MTN call centre as well as gone to the Mtn shop, at Willow Bridge at Tyger Valley with out any success, I have even received an SMS from MTN that some one would contact me and no one has done this yet.

This is my last resort from before taking legal action against this incompetent company and the staff.
