Because my Blackberry 9790 was giving me problems, like restarting the whole time & battery that must be on charge the whole time (problem increased over time). I replaced the battery as well, I sent it in to Nashua Mobile Three Rivers to be repaired, a suspected Software problem. a few weeks after they contacted me saying the phones warranty is void because of physical damage. With the bad news of a R 3500.00 quote to fix it, they sent to phone to Nashua Vaal (Vanderbijlpark) & told me that I must go fetch the phone myself, even though I cant make it in time to closing and I did not take the phone there for delivery in the first place. My problem with the following:
> The phone wouldn't have been sent in for repairs if Nashua Mobile have given me a decent phone that did not give me problems
> Software problems is not usually caused by Physical Damage
> The fact that nobody in Nashua Mobile can take responsibility for anything
> That I pay an premium to Nashua and get no service when needed.

I hope that you can have a urgent look at this matter as I think it would have been avoided if they gave a decent phone to begin with.
