Paying for employee mistakes

I upgraded from a business contract to a my gig 2 contract for my samsung ativ on the 25th of march each time I logged out of the internet the sim locked itself and I was unable to log on again I went to the store and they didn't know what was wrong they were just as lost as I was, they did a sim swap then it was ok upon logging out it locked yet again went back to the store they didn't know what was wrong so in total I went to the store 6 times did 3sim swaps and unlocking of the sim they even gave me a number for me to call if the sim locked again and it did for the hole of april, end of april bank acc is debited R2300 and my contract is R629 I went to the store to inquire then, the at the store they called Vodacom help line and they told me that the data usage on the 27 to 31st march was R1650 because I apparently was still using airtime from my business contract and not the 2gigs which i am suppose to get, apparently the person that changed my contract FORGOT to tell me that the 2gigs will only kick in from the first of april so the lady from the help line told me that the store should pay me back then the manager rudely refused telling me that I should of known.
