Applied for cellphone contract. got approved. last contact was a sms saying what i have applied for and how long it will take take to reach me. 5 to 7 days (right) this sms was sent on the 8/05/2013 . today is the 20th May 2013 and still don't have my cellphone delivered. ( question)
