Rude service consultant!

I just called into mtn 011 808 9000 an extremely Rude Cidwell answered the phone, i told him i am sick so my voice is a bit low he then says you have the flu or what hhe? then i said yes i do but i still need assistance, then he said to me no well i cant help you if you have the flu go to an mtn store i cant hear you, so i ask him nicely to put me through to another consultant he refused and told me no one can help me with a voice like mine,

what kind of service is that? like seriously, if mtn is going to hire ''Service'' consultants maybe they should find ones that...
1. Are polite!
2. Can speak English Properly
3. maybe be able to provide.. i don't know SERVICE MAYBE? and if they cant they can at least be competent enough to transfer a call to someone who can assist!

If he could hear exactly what i wanted and he got the fact that i wanted to speak to another consultant he could hear me clearly thank you!!!
