I got a new Blackberry Torch and signed up for the R59.00 blackberry data. Then the huge bills started to come in and I did not use that data. I went to a Vodacom shop and they could not explain it. So two days ago I got this R1900. bill and I phoned the customer care line and spoke to Innocent. He was very helpful and took a look at my account and saw that something was very wrong. He then phoned me back and said that the one setting on the phone was incorrect and that everything was streaming the whole time, and I was paying for that. So I have paid through my nose for something that i was not aware of, and nobody helped me to correct it, even when I complained at the shop. I want my money back! If I go to a garage and buy a new car and the garage does not put oil in the engine and the engine seizes, surely they will be liable for the damage! Well I want some sort of compensation because through Vodacom's negligence I paid like a fool for something I did not want and definately did not use.
