I have called the call centre last night, wanted to confirm if I have a subscription on my cell phone, because my airtime is going too fast, I have a prepaid cell phone. the consultant could not assist because I failed to answer the security questions, I asked to speak to the Team leader which is Sibusiso, you could hear in his voice neither did he want to help nor was interested in satisfying me as a client and he even breathed out heavily showing me that he is obviously irritated with me as a client, he kept speaking above me, and was very sarcastic he has not customer service driven and as tip in dealing with customers it's how you speak to them, I am very disappointed with Vodacom and will be changing my service provider shortly, this kind of service is appalling, very disappointed.
