Extremely bad customer service

I PURCHASED A MATRESS, BASE AND SLEIGH BED ON THE 12 OF November 2013 IN CASH. AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEMS I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT THAT THE GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY. I GET A CALL SAYING THE BASE WILL BE DELIVERED THE TUESDAY. I HAD ARRANGED TO BE A HOME, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE MANAGER DECIDED TO KEEP IT IN THE STORE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I WAS THEN TOLD WILL BE DELIVERED THE FRIDAY. THEY DECIDED TO DELIVER THURSDAY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND THE GOOD WERE INCORRECT. WE HAD REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FROM BOTH THE STORE MANAGER AND CONSULTANT WHICH WASNT ABLE TO HELP. THE STORE MANAGER WAS NOT AWARE OF WHAT WAS GOING ON IN HER STORE. WHEN I CALLED HER AND ASKED HER FOR ASSISTANCE SHE HAD TOLD ME THE CONSULTANT HAD GONE OUT AND WILL CALL ME BACK AFTER HALF HOUR. WHICH THEY DIDNT. I CALLED BACK AND RAISED MY VOICE AS I HAD BEEN CALLING ON NUMEROUS OCCASSIONS AND THEY HAD NOT BEEN RETURNING MY CALLS. I THEN HEAR THE MANAGER TELL THE CONSULTANT IF WE WANT TO TERMINATE THE SALE WE SHOULD. SO I TELL THEM TO TERMINATE. SHE THEN DOESNT WANT TO REFUND ME AND SAYS SHE DOESNT CARE HOW WE HAVE TO WAIT. MY HUSBAND WENT TO THE STORE AND SHE HAD HIM REMOVED BY SECURITY
