Poor Services Resulted to financila loss

I wanted to close my cheque account with Standard bank due to expensive bank charges and switch my debit orders to Capitec bank, early this year, 2013, apparantly I have a personal loan with them, but the consultant at the bank requested that I provide 3 months bank statement, and I did. But the account was not closed, wheras the debit orders managed to go through to Capitec bank.

Today, 05.04.2013 at 15:27 pm, some rude consultant using the contact details: 0118913000 called saying I must go tomorrow 06.04.2013, and pay R1200 to my cheque account, as he said I was owing it. He shouted to me like I was deaf, I kindly asked him not to raise his voice, I can hear him, he said that he is raising it so that I can hear him. He told me if I wanted to close an account I shold come with 3 months banks statement, and I told him I did that. He then told me that he doesn't know that as he wasn't calling from the branch.
