I phoned 084145 today at 16:27, to find out the status of my cell phone delivery. They guy who said his name was Solomon answered my call. He was so rude from the moment he answered the call. When I gave him ID he said he could not hear. When I try to repeat it he just interrupted me and ask for the ID number another two times during he call. He then asked me some security questions, after which he said something I could not hear. He did not want to repeat what he said when I told him I id not hear him. and eventually he said there was no phone order placed for me. I then asked him his name, and he said why am I asking his name. After that he just said Solomon. The I asked his surname and he just put the music and did not answer. I hold he phone a bit, hoping he will say something, and only the music kept playing.
I am still shocked about the kind of service I received today. When they encourage people to switch to Cellc on TV we never we never expect this kind of service.
The guy was really, really rude.
