After 5 Hello Peter complaints in 2011 to get my number ported from Vodacom, my 2 year contract with Virgin Mobile at last ended February 2013. No one contacted me for an upgrade. I contacted your Call Centre on 30 April to end my contract and Siswe told me he will contact me back on Monday 6 May with information about the new S4. He did not phone me back so I called the Call Centre and spoke to Sibo also trying to end my contract. He told me that he cant do that now because Virgin Mobile is busy with upgrades and will phone me back at the latest Today. WHY cant I end my contract. Now I have to wait 30 days from whenever date you decide to contact me back. I was already approved at Cell C.
