Terrible Service!

Good Day,

I phoned the Vodacom customer care line to report a cell phone number as a person who went by the name of 'Bongani' told me he was a Vodacom Representative and that I had won R128 in airtime, seeing that this was a bit shadey i proceeded with the call, he said did i own a Samsung or a Blackberry? I said I had neither, he then asked me to repeat my answer, i knew this was false, i told him to stop calling me, he called me back AGAIN saying he was from Vodacom etc etc i told him i dont care who he was i dont want the airtime, i was then bombarded with verbal insults and swearing.
I then called the vodacom customer care line, tried to report the number, they tried to phone them and got no response, i was then told by a person named Matt (he was very friendly and helpful, but couldnt help me) that there was nothing they could do and that if he phoned again I must go to the police station and report it.
Im sorry but as a service provider you should be able to block any number i request, because I obviously DONT want them phoning me, I dont understand how a company like vodacom is powerless, they have someone phoning around pretending to be them and they do nothing. Sickening
