BAD SERVICE!!!

I went to collect my phone that was sent in for repairs, I was at the store at 12 PM. I waited 50 minutes to be helped (just to pick up a phone) how's that for service?? When the employee gave me my phone he showed me that my phone has got water damage (knowing that my phone wasn't near any water) they showed me the photo they took that showed the indicator was red. It's not clear if its my phone they could have taken any photo and put it on the paper. I know if your phone has water damage its warranty is voided so why would I waste my own time to send it in anyway?? My phone's screen was faulty it worked sometimes and sometimes not. All they had to do according to me was to change the screens cable because it slides open. One of the other employees said water damage is not just the phone falling into water or getting water on it, moisture and sweat can also turn the indicator red so if that's the case you should just tel your customers you don't repair phones and save us all time. The red indicator is for the companies to confirm water damage but in the rare cases that the indicator is red and you know that the phone was not near water what defense do you have??
