Mis informed of data usage on internet

Got a new phone, upgrade to sony experia T for R350pm. BB old phone, was told to buy a new sim for that, get home and the new sim wasn't even rica'd to use for BB. Found out I was charged for BB service on new contract all together R402pm to my suprise. Used my bundles from jan for the month of feb only as well as feb's data bundle. Wasn't told to buy new bundles so I started using the internet after my bundles were finished. Checked my balance on 18/02 and it was R53 could not use my internet as it kept on loading emails and FB but couldn't open up. Just kept on loading and not opening. Checked bill on saturday and was R1303. How??? Now accounts at vodacom says I used my acc on 20/02 for a charge of R1300
