Money hungry and incompetent

Got an iPhone on contract a few months ago but for the past 3 months my bill has been over double what it use to be. I use my work phone to make calls and either my work pc or home pc for internet so i dont understand how my bill can go from R600 one month to R1800 when i only use Whatsapp on my phone. The attitude when i called MTNSP was that i use too much internet. I buy bundles to keep my bill down and even those disappear overnight. For 3 weeks I've been requesting an itemized bill but i still haven't gotten it and to top it all is that I've been charged 3 times for something i haven't received. I'm totally disgusted at the service. On my bills i'm being charged for blackberry Services also and yet i don't have a blackberry with them anymore. I think they just go from bad to worse. Being a customer of Mtn for over 5 years i never thought i could be so disgusted. I would rather they just cancel my contract and take their phone back. So disappointed.
