No After Sales Service!

I called Vodacom Online Sales to purchase a SIM only data contract and naturally the call was attended to in under 2 minutes. I specifically requested a microSIM and was assured that it had been noted. Two days later I received a normal SIM, not micro as requested. Called after sales service and after about 10 mins on hold it took about 30 mins with a consultant just to get them to send me the correct SIM type. Later on in the day I get an SMS saying my contract has been activated, but I haven't even received the correct SIM. So now i'm trying to call after sales service to find out on which SIM has the contract been activated and I've been on hold literally for 20 mins TWICE. I had to hang up both times because there was no answer and judging from other HelloPeter posts the callback service is pretty useless. Funny how the sales line gets picked up in less than two mins, but after sales is atrocious.
