I applied for an unlimited sim with a credit spend of R200 per month. from the 22 April till today 8ta is failing to allocate the crdeit spend for me to access data on my contract. For that long i could not access my social networks and SMS. Im calling everyday and no one can help. I call the menlyn office but they never respond to my calls. why should I pay for a service not rendered???
Pathetic service. I want to go back to vodacom.
