CELL C IS DEBITING MY ACC FOR A DEVICE I DONT HAVE

I have made an application for a wireless router around the 20th march 2013 which was delivered more than 2 weeks later at around the 5 April, despite being promised by the sales consultant that I would receive the device within 7 days. when the device was finally delivered, I realised that they had not sent the usb modem with the device which was the most critical part in order for the device to work. I tried calling cell c on numerous occasions having to wait for up to 25-30 mins at a time until someone answered, only to be told that I was in the wrong dept. and could only be assisted by the sales dept. this now meant that I had to wait another 25 - 30 mins before the call gets answered, sometimes even dropping the line out of frustration.

eventually I got through to your sales dept. and told the sales consultant that I'm cancelling the deal. she tried to make me stay by offering to give me an the first month free of the 24 month contract, which I promptly refused. eventually after seeing that she could get nowhere with the sale, she said that she was sorry for the poor service levels and would ensure that I would not be debited and that the device was collected the next day as
