I called the sales call centre to apply for a contract. They answer immediately and my contract was approved in no time.
Now I try calling again after 5 working days to find out if my phone will be delivered today and I wait for a hour no answer. Later I call again and! get through after 45 minutes only for the lady to tell me to HOLD ON!!! I was on hold for about 5-10 mins and then she just hangs up on me. 2 hours waisted I try again wait for a hour and no answer.
I am really getting off now I have a lot of patients but don't me around. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years now and the last thing I want is to be treated like.
All I want is for them to tell me if my phone will be delivered today or is there a delay. Just that little courtesy would be really appreciated since vodacom promised me it would take UP TO 5 working days.
Don't to me just tell the truth because I just had the same with Cell C after 10 days they still never delivered the phone.
