Wow, is this the kind of service that we get from being a Premier banker... I receive a call from a fnb sales department 2 month ago. The person sounded like a machine (Lindiwe Sibisi). Then recieved 2 phones from vodacom. I was promised that i can cancel the contract in 7 days. I did not activate the phones however im told by the vodacom collector's department that I activated the phone on the 12 August 2013. On that day i spoke to Zurkiar and Mapule to cancel the contract I was advised that vodacom will collect and then cancel this. I then receive a statement from Vodacom stating i owe them r532 for the 2 phones dated: 03 October 2013. I call vodacom, ; i'm told they will call me back only to get a call from Collectors. I call FNB i'm told that they cant help, requested to speak to a manager then I'm kept on hold for over 15 mins then... Told that there is no manager on the floor... Wow then kept on hold by Tumi... Wow FNB Agents can multitask she places me on place for over 10 mins then Answers Zurkiar's, line to tell me that Mapule is busy with the Manager... Do we call this service. etc. I'm not suffering my credit rercod for incompetent staff...
