Worst service in the world

I will probably get some automated bull response, but here goes.

I upgraded to an iPhone 5 at the end of January at the O.R. International airport. The headset is faulty and Apple assured me that MTN does not have the systems in place to service the phones on their network. According to MTN, I need to get in my car, drive to the airport in Jo'burg and the PAY to have my phone fixed. I have been transferred from one department to the next, speaking to poorly trained staff, being cut of, treated like a criminal, like a child, like an imbecile and a cretin just because I dared make the mistake of expecting some degree of service and professionalism. No-one has gotten back to me, no-one gives two about my problem. MTN should be avoided at all cost. Rather write a letter and post it that use their "service". I have been with them for years. I will never, ever, do any business with them ever again. They are more than happy to take your money. Just don't think you will get anything in return from them. What a joke. Vodacom sorted me out within 30 minutes, no questions asked. MTN is the most pathetic network I ever had the misfortune to work with.
