I have been a happy CellC contract customer for nearly two years... till yesterday morning. For some reason my phone said "No Service". I thought it would be a glitch for a couple of seconds. But it went on for the whole day. Can't receive or make any calls. The following morning I phone cellC from my wife's MTN number, cost me about R25 for the calls to speak to a operator, I tell them the whole story... and they say my number has been permanently disabled... WHAT!
They will get back to me (on my wife's phone as obviously I can't make or receive any calls). The day has now passed and no word from CellC... tomorrow is day three of this... Best of all, I have never missed any payments or had any problems.
