Internet not working on my sim card

I write this email with more frustration with your so called company, That has failed me once again prior to my previous email this network with Vodacom is still failing to be resolved. please read all previous emails

2days ago in the morning I was using a blackberry z10 and my internet stopped working then I called customer care and they failed to help me directed me to 082155 number they tried to fix the problem but they couldn't. So I got home and took off the sim card and my husband put his sim card in my phone and it was working perfectly so he had internet, so clearly it was the sim card. So I called Vodacom once again explained again what is going on and still couldn't help me they told me my only option would be to do a sim swap.

I went to Vodacom shop upstairs at the airport since I work close to there and its the closest branch they told me I must buy the sim card for R105 . That is so ridiculous that I paid R20 to buy the sim card before and yet their charging me R105 for the sim card, for a problem that is not my fault, How does it become my fault that I have to buy the sim card yet it is your network and your responsibility to make sure I have network.
