I have contract with Altech Autopgae and I'm regretting why I ever took out this contract. My account used be debited normally up until last year where they not debiting my account at all. Due no payments they suspend my account and I'm left with a phone having no wireless connection. In February 2013 I laid a complaint with Hellopeter and one of the consultants attended to it and gave me two months free subscriptions. Due to Altech no able to help me an they incompetence. I wanted to speak to a manager but the manager never got back to me. I spend a fortune on airtime to call Altech and still I don't get the service I expect. Before they blocked my phone for two months when I eventually paid my monthly airtime that was due to me was not there and they could not give it back to me. Do you think this is fair on us as the clients to get service like this. My account doesn't get debited wen its supposed to be debited and then I must pay in a fortune. Where am I gonna get 700.00 from to pay my account. I am so fed up with Altech there is so many things I'm not happy with. Please can you assist.
