This is really pathetic it has been a week and still no help with the network, still the same problem!!! What happend to the person that was going to sort the network problem out as discussed on the phone last week monday? PATHETIC! POOR SERVICE.The lady that phoned me had to call me back twice as we got disconnected because of the network and she could hardly hear me. I was supose to get a call from the cancellation department when i sent in my cancellation letter a week and a half ago and still nothing. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT MORE TO DO WITH CELL C AND THERE POOR PATHETIC SERVICE AND NETWORK.. i want to cancel my contracts with cell c and give them there phones back and i will not pay noooo cancelation fee as i am paying for a phone with no network and still loosing out on business. I cant take any more of this.. I am going to take this further really am sick of this. Cancel my contracts!!! I am paying monthly for phones that we cant use...
