Worst network!!!

Due to always having issues with Virgin Mobile I decided not to renew my contract I then phoned Virgin and was told I had to pay an extra two installments of R149. I went to go buy my kids Christmas present over the weekend just to realize I didn't have enough money in my account I checked what was going on and saw Virgin mobile took R660.50 and tried 3 times and every time I get charged transaction fees and pending fees. I then contacted the Virgin Customer care line and after holding on for 25 min I got through to someone that then told me 5 different stories as to why that money was deducted from my account I then gave the phone to my husband and the guy told him it is just a mistake on their side and we will have to phone back on Monday. Monday morning I phoned again and was holding on for 36 minutes and eventually just decided to drive 20 km to the nearest Virgin store when I got there they were not very helpful standing around doing nothing the guy then told me he will email the accounts department and they will get back to me not sure when they were so rude and NOT HELPFUL at all. I am hoping that VIrgin can contact me back and give my money back ASAP!!! '
