Cell C's customer service is hopeless. I tried to arrange a contract with Cell C on the 16th April via Bridgette Dhlamini after being advised they were offering some of the best (in a pool of generally very poor) mobile services at competitive rates. Everything was arranged and I was told my phone would arrive 7 working days later. I'm still waiting. I have spent a lot of money and time on 'hold' at the call centre, I've sent numerous messages to Bridgette directly via email, via sms to customer services, via email on line and I have heard nothing back to them, not one single word. It is disgusting.
