CANCELLATION AND SIGNING NEW UPGRADE CONTRACT

I WENT TO ALISOM COMMUNICATIONS t/a VODASHOP WESTGATE FOR AN UPGRADE ON MY TOPUP 135 CONTRACT. DEVAN A CONSULTANT ASSISTED ME. I REQUESTED A PHONE THAT CAN DO WHATSUP AND CHOSE THE NOKIA 300. DEVAN TRIED TO LOAD WHATSUP ON THE PHONE BUT HE SAID THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE NETWORK. HE ALSO TOLD ME I CAN RETURN THE PHONE IF NOT SATIUSFIED. I NEVER GOT THE CHANGE TO TEST THE PHONE IN THE SHOP AS THE BATTERY WAS NOT CHARGED. I VISITED 2 OTHER VODASHOPS AND WAS INFORMED THAT THIS PHONE CANNOT OPERATE WHATSUP. I FOUND THE TOUCHSCREEN HARD TO OPERATE AND I SEE THIS AS A PROBLEM. ON THE SAME DAY I RETURNED TO THE SHOP FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT THR MANAGERES REFUSED TO ASSIST ME. ACCORDING TO HER IT IS NOT AN OUT OF BOX FAILURE AND SHE CANNOT EXCHANGE THE PHONE AND LET ME SIGN A NEW UPGRADE. I AM PROTECTED UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT AND APPEAL TO YOU TO ASSIST ME IN RESOLVING THIS MATTER, PLEASE.
