Took a upgrade in April at Vodacom on a contract and received a new phone which i found to be faulty, returned it within 7 days for out of box failure, then received a new phone, which was also fault and returned
the phone after testing it for a wile, It was then booked in for repairs, received it back and there was still a problem, booked the phone in again and still waiting, I am without a phone for 3 months now although I am paying for it, now they want to give me a repair exchange for a new phone. I never had a new working phone from the beginning. I want what I signed for a new working phone.
