Shocking servcie levels

Upgraded on Monday.By Wednesday, the brand new battery would have to be charged twice a day to get me through the day, without me having made a lot of calls! I tried to hand the phone back and to exercise my right to return the phone in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. I was refused to do so. Tasia was reprimanded by Vodacom, still no joy. Although I explained to her that, according to Vodacom, the upgrade had to be cancelled, she refused to assist, stating that she did not know what to do with the phone in such a case. I left the store almost ready to attack her, but luckily I restrained myself. This was despite spending more than an hour in the shop and about 16 calls to Vodacom trying to explain the situation to them. This morning, I had to face the Vodacom beast again. I have now spent 3 hours in Rosebank pleading for them to help me. A very helpful lady by the name of Grace, contacted Vodacom in Cresta and apparently the upgrade was cancelled. I have just spoken to Vodacom and have been informed that the cancellation of the upgrade does not reflect on their system. Phoned Vodacom in Cresta, I was informed that once again Tasia is involved. Still not resolved.
