I applied for a modem. They promised to deliver within 3-10 days. After 21 days I requested them to cancel the application as I have obtain a modem from another supplier. Now they charge me cancellation fees of R1938.00. They have already deducted an amount of R583.93 from my bank account. I tried to get hold of them to resolve the problem but without luck. I have also written them a letter to e-mail it to them but no e-mail appear on their Invoice/Statement. I have never received or signed acceptance for the modem.
