That should be Nashua's new Motto!
Having applied for an upgrade to my current Wifi / 3G contract to a "NEW LTE" modem, I was told by the sales person that I would have my "NEW LTE" modem in 2-3 days.
After 3 days I arrive at the Nashua shop, only to be told by another sales person (who was very helpful), that she can not tell me when the modem will be ready for collection.
Two weeks later and the "nice" sales person sends me an email to tell me that my modem will only be shipped on 31 January. This probably means that I will only receive it later than that.
I find it unacceptable that companies are allowed to sell you products which they don't even have on stock, and then to advertise that item or product in bold letters on Adverts on TV, Billboards and magazines.
Please deliver my modem and new phone as soon as possible.
