I have been paying for subscription I do not know about, I called MTN trying to cancel these but every time they tell me they cannot cancel these because they are for a different company called EMU Trading. I just want to have these cancelled, I have called this EMU trading company, as refered to by MTN and nothing ever happens, How can MTN charge for services if I have never applied for them? or without my consent?
Please remove my number from whatever database or you are running with these companies. This is bad service! People are being charged for nothing! Where has all the content charges gone to and what did I supposedly get from it?
