I use blackberry with 2 years contract (BIS and 100 air time a month).
from last month or from at least 2 weeks ago, air time has been disappearing without any using.
Even at night time I shut the device off and the next morning, it's gone.
when I went to the branch at waterstone village, they don't know what to do.
they tried to phone to the service center, but the consultant hung up while he was listening the staff's explanation.
so I found myself that other people have the same problems with me and your answer is always that "it is charged from mymtn account which is not zero rated", but people who got the answer still don't know what the answer means.
Please give back to me the asnwer with details;
1) what is happened to my phone without my permission
2) why (or how) that happened
3) how can you restore the problem and (if it is your fault) how will pay back the air time to me
