Illegal Billing on Cell phone account

For the past two months we have received a bill from MTN SP with a "subscription" fee on the invoice. We have never subscribed to anything at any time. The mere fact hat they just bill you for content charge without verification is incredible! At no time have we given them authority or consent to bill "added services" to our monthly subscription fee. Then to add injury to insult, the bill is there again even after we have jumped through the hoops of contacting various organisations to have the subscription cancelled. I have even instruxted them not to acept any subscription on my behalf. My contract is with MTN SP and they cannot just debit my account with charges for services that we have never requested. This practise smacks of on a grand scale!

As far as I am concerned this is an illegal practise!
