Being billed for services not subscribe for!!!

Hi,

I have just checked my tax invoice and notice I am billed for content charges. When contacting
MTN customer services, they where unable to assist me with cancelling these services even though I never applied for them. Contacting Mira Networks and Dialogue Mobile (both are recorded customer support services), I requested to unsubscribed from these services even though I have never subscribed in the first place. How can MTN charge for services if I have never applied for them?

Please remove my number from whatever database or you are running. This is bad service! People are being charged for nothing! Where has all the content charges gone to and what did I supposedly get from it? Why does it take 48 hours to be unsubscribed if I haven't subscribe to begin with?
