I topped up with R200 on 16 April and want to know what happened to my voice minutes. Were they consumed when I used your "free" SUPACHARGE bonus data which was allocated during the top up?
I spoke with another consultant again this morning, 6 May, (ref # 3050600576) and there still no answer from the 'back office'. I explained that if a consultant does not call me today with a resolution then I'll move both of my prepaid accounts to Vodacom.
Apparently the call centre can't make calls to follow up with customers - that's a real master stroke Cell C
