I applied for and Mtn Direct data deal contract towards the end of June, an the consultant told me it would take 3-7 working days for it to be delivered. Its now close to 2 months and I still have'nt received the device. I have contacted the Mtn direct call centre on numerous occassions, I first was told by the deliveries option that they can't help me, quite ironic since they work with deliveries, I was then told to call the call centre again and was told that I must contact Pearl Nomtando, I had to leave a message. She did'nt get back to me, I then called in again and left another message a week later, she called me and said she sort it out in that week, that was two weeks agao, I still have'nt received the device. Today I called in again, and after a 20min call with the consultant (mohammed) he told me he can't help me, and I must call in again next week to check if they have stock. Surely this is out of the SLA, this is ridiculous and dissapointting as I have been a loyal Mtn client for years now. I won't recommend Mtn Direct again as there after sales service is terrible and time wasting, Is there someone who could help me receive the deliver of the device?
