Called the call centre about a quote and after 20 minutes on the line the operator on the line gave me 3 options with various excess amounts. Kindly asking her to email the price differences to me she said this could not be done and that I had to choose one option and she could only forward one option to my email address.
If this company cannot even do such a simple task to start off with I am terrified to even think of how they deal with their claims. Think twice before buying insurance at Dial Direct
