I have been calling Direct Axis Call Centre this week. And no one can put me through to the correct department. I have been told I would be called back and I havent. I logged an email and all I got was a robot response.
I am no longer with Direct Axis and just want a statement of a GAP cover I had paid them for last year. And no one can give me this information.
There service is pathetic! No one knows what is going on there! They only give a about you when you owe them money but as soon as they have what they want they couldnt give a about you!
