I have no idea how else to contact Direct Axis, as I have requested call backs, e mailed etc. On Friday I applied for a loan - I was phoned by a lady who said they would give me R10 000 over 70 months. All I needed to do was to confirm my banking details, which i did not have available at that time. I asked her to please call me at 3pm, again. No one ever called. Since then I have sent call me backs, sms"es and phoned the call centre to give my details, where I was told they would contact me in 24 hours. I am still waiting almost 3 days later. I went to Direct Axis because I thought it would be quicker than going through my bank, but now it looks like my bank will probably be the better option.
