HHi there,

It has come to my notice that my line has been suspended- your incompetent Nu Debt has debited me R938 on the 25th- with that as a factor my line is supended today again.

I will not be compromised like this as you not reaching service level agreements with me- I will not waiste my time faxing and emailing you proof of debit.

I'm giving you guys 48hrs will need this sorted out on wednesday, 08 may 2013- I need my line back unsuspended and failer not to unsuspend my line I will pull you off from my debit order facility so in turn you will see how it feels like not reaching service agreements.

If this is not sorted out by then I'm completly removing you from my debt order facility COMPLETELY!!!

I need my line back!!!

Sort it out!!!

You guys are just so incompetent- and always render poor service.

Like I say if my line is still suspended I will remove you from my account so you can have a feel of being compromised!
