I have a blackberry on contract that needed repairs and took it into the Bridge City Store. 3 and half weeks later I received a phone that was still not repaired on top of the staff at the branch having a I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE. When I called the Gateway Branch to query what had gone wrong with my phone, they advised me that it was not even booked in for a fault but for a software upgrade and that they had sent the phone in less than 3 weeks, so it was sitting at the bridge city store and nobody contacted me. Last week I took my phone to the store in Westwood Mall. My phone returned in just over a week fully repaired. Their service was impeccable. Will not advise anybody to deal with the Bridge City Store!!!
