I have been waiting for my replacement phone for far to long now, the claim went in on the 12/04/13 and still have not yet received it. Promises have been made and claims that there is no stock in the country witch i fail to believe. first they already started packing a phone for me when i realized that it was a 16Gb and not a 64Gb that it should have been. this problem was sorted after a few days on the phone. next they told us that the phones will only arrive in South-Africa on the 25th, that day has passed and then it was suppose to land on the 30th witch has also passed today is the 6th of may and i am still waiting the shipment was promised to arrive. now they will ship it off to the insurance department and then only to the store this will mean that i am a whole month without a phone. i have a business to run from it and that line is not in working condition, you cant use a nano simcard in any other phone. another problem i encountered was that an employee at Nashua told me to go buy the phone and Nashua will credit me thereafter?? why would i have the phone on contract? honestly that was just a stupid idea. i want to be credited for this month.
