Poor sevice regarding my Damaged Cellphone

Applied for iPhone 5 contract in Feb this year from Nashua Mobile Gateway Dbn. Was assisted by friendly consultant (Vernisha) who mentioned she would get the process started but they didn't have stock of the phone. I told her that I would be moving to Jhb in a week and asked whether it would be better to take out the contract in jhb.she reassured that phone would arrive in week and if not, they would deliver at no cost to any of the nashua branches in jhb once phone arrived. After numerous calls about not having stock, she finally had the phone sent to me on 7 April 2013 (a month after I went into the store). On top of this, she said I would now have to pay delivery charge as headoffice sent the phone to dbn first. Upon opening the sealed box (sent by courier co.), I noticed a small chip on top left corner of the iphone5.sent message to Vernisha next day abt defect as well as a picture of it. She was helpful and asked me to return to a Nashua store in jhb which i did.that was a month ago. To date I hav received no feedback or a phone, yet I have been paying 2months for the contract. I never even put the phone on or put the sim in. I already cancelled my old contract and now have no phone
