Until this day I had no complaints towards Nashua Mobile. Throughout the years, I've had nothing but good experiences / customer service...
I've been waiting for the past two weeks for my Samsung Galaxy S2, which was sold on contract @ a reduced rate on a Vodacom contract. I've been told that the phone is out of stock when I upgraded, but informed the rep that I can wait a few days, no problem. (This was on 28/12/2012). The lady @ Park Meadows told me that Nashua Mobile would like to offer a free delivery for keeping me waiting for so long, to this I had no complaints and it was agreed that the phone would very likely be available today (15/01/2013). I've had absolutely no feedback and had to contact the branch to get a status update.
When I contacted them to find out when the phone will be delivered I was told that MTNcancelled my upgrade and that the entire process will have to be started from scratch and that it will take yet another 4 days (minimum). This in my opinion is terrible and unacceptable service.
I've now been without a cellphone for nearly a month and would just like to say that this is Nashua Mobile's fault and not the Park Meadows Rep
so now what Nashua Mobile?
