I signed an upgrade on my contract for an iphone 5s 64Gb Gold on 15 November 2013, I was told that there was stock and I would receive the phone within a week. Its now 28 November 2013, I was made aware today that there isn't any stock in the country of the particular item that i ordered. I will still be charged the hardware subsidy for a phone I haven't received. Why sell a product or advertise the product if you don't have stock. I am a long term Nashua Client who spends on average R1700 per month, which might be small change to some but is a significant amount to me. I feel its time for a change of service provider. I was obviously told that stock was available to get me to stay with Nashua because the 24 months had expired on my contract and I was able to port to another service provider. If I had been told that stock would arrive by a definite date I would also be a little less frustrated but the word from the consultant was "We do not have a definite expected time of arrival". When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that none were available.
