On the 17th of September I ordered a new Sony Xperia as an upgrade to an existing cellphone contract and was told the phone would be delivered in 5 working days. Now after 4 weeks of waiting and visiting the branch on a weekly basis (because no one ever calls back), the branch tells me that all Nashua Mobile branches in SA are out of stock for this specific model phone. No employee can tell me when stock will arrive. Which is strange since I can order any item internationally from an international company and will have it in 10 working days!
Surely someone within the company knows when new stock will be arriving?
